For over 35 years as a Certified Public Accountant, William Leonard has provided quality tax guidance to individuals and businesses throughout Portland, Oregon. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Oregon, Mr. Leonard has counseled hundreds of clients in a variety of tax services, particularly with the resolution of their IRS and state tax debts.

Mr. Leonard’s tax experience includes several years as a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Since 1986, Mr. Leonard has served clients as a solo practitioner, specializing in public accounting, the preparation of tax returns and representing clients with Federal and State tax issues.

Mr. Leonard earned his MBA and Bachelor’s degrees – both in Accounting - from the University of Portland. He is a member of the Oregon Society of CPA’s and of the Knights of Columbus.

An avid fisherman, Mr. Leonard is also a member of the Northwest Steelheaders.
